Braden Paes is a legal strategist specializing in artificial intelligence, intellectual property protection, and talent representation across the entertainment, music and sports industries.

With over 15 years of experience as an actor, writer, and producer — and a background as a semi-professional badminton player — Braden offers a uniquely informed perspective on managing artists and athletes in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape.

He holds an LLB from the University of Law in London, England, and a master's degree in Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law from the University of Miami. Over the course of his career, Braden has worked for music publishing companies, produced multiple pilots for network television, and developed a deep understanding of the legal and commercial frameworks that shape creative careers.

Drawing from this blend of practical and academic experience, he founded a management firm that champions BIPOC talent and future-proofs careers at the intersection of creativity, commerce, and technology. He works closely with clients to protect their name, image, and likeness (NIL), advising on contracts, digital licensing, and AI-related deal terms.

Having studied the impact of AI under key industry leaders, Braden remains at the forefront of talent protection in an era of deepfakes, voice cloning, and algorithmic exploitation.
